Cancellation Policy
Client Cancellation. Client understands that Photographer is foregoing other photographic jobs by entering into this Contract for Mini Session Photography Services (“Contract”). No refunds will be given, but Client may transfer their session to another party or may use their credit on file for a future session. In the case of inclement weather, Client and Photographer shall reschedule the session and agree on re-shoot date. At least 24-hour notice of postponements or cancellations is appreciated. Re-shoots and Refunds. Re-shoots are determined at the discretion of Photographer. Re-shoots and refunds will not be given for poor choices of clothing, make-up or hair malfunctions and related issues, or for not following Photographer’s recommendations or instructions. Photographer Cancellation and Failure to Perform. If Photographer is unable to perform this Contract due to illness, emergency, fire, casualty, strike, an act of God or another cause beyond the control of Photographer, then Photographer and Client must make every attempt to reschedule the session. If Photographer and Client are unable to agree upon a reschedule date and time after every attempt to do so, then Photographer must return the deposit to Client and there will be no further liability attributable to Photographer.
